How can i stop the condensation on my concrete extenstion roof?

We have an outhouse that is now incorporated into our kitchen, it has a concrete roof and its suffering badly from condensation. We need to stop this as its really bad dripping all down the walls.

Google ,spray on insulation , there are many contractors that do it , it's fast and effective . The problem is the temperature of the concrete is low and causing condensation from the humidity within the house . A false ceiling will not be sufficient alone as the condensation will eventually occur in the ceiling space . So , first spray it then cover with a ceiling for aesthetics .
