I own a flat which is in a victorian town house and have a small dormer at the rear of the property which needs maintenance. The window is rotten , and I'm pretty sure the roof will require replacing (flat). It needs to be repaired or possible replaced, i'd consider having it made bigger if possible. I'm unsure what type of builder/roofer/glazier would take on this kind of work?
