Get jobs done seperately or all at once?

Posted by Lia Maxwell, on
We need a new kitchen, bathroom, floors and doors, plus Artex removal. Will we spend less, generally, if we get all the work done at once?

If u manage your job yourself and get the joiner plumber electrician and plasterer you can save money.u should get separate quotes for the work and compare them to a builders quote.if you manage it yourself don't do any finishing I.e doors floors kitchen until the plastering is done just first fix electrics for the kitchen Hope this helps Andy AMD Plastering

If your using the same tradesman for all the work then usually it will be more cost effective this way and therefore cheaper the to do it at the same time. If however your occupying the house then it may be sensible to carry the work in stages for less overall disruption but continuously back to back in order get all the work completed.
