Hello Mustafa, If you have had your plans done then you should get a better idea of aprice from most builders. The reason i say this is that if you have an exact depth of your footings and floor type(block and beam floor or solid concrete floor),then you will get a accurate price,as the builder has got an exact specification to price from. I have quoted on jobs without plans,and its very hard to get a accurate price together without a drawing.
