What qualifications should the builder of an extension have - and how can they be checked?

Hello Cecil, Most builders would have a city and guilds or nvq,but some might not and that doesnt mean ones better than the other.If you need to check they should have some form of documentation,if they are saying they are qualified.The best way to check someone out is to look at there previous work,and if possible speak to a previous customer.we always offer for the customer to view the project we are working on at the time,if possible,hope this helps.
