WE already got planning permission to build rear extension . When shall we call the kitchen designer, after or before the extension is built

to get an idea of costs if you have a plan of the extension contact kitchen designer for ideas and estimate then when building is up get the kitchen designer in to check meas and provide you with final design and quote, this way you will know if the kitchen designer is within your budget to start with as well as there will not be a huge difference from the estimate and the final price unless changing design completely, most kitchen designers will be happy to work along with you this way.

call the kitchen designer once the new building is up,this way he get the perfect measurements and you will be sure it fits correct and right go to a good kitchen company howdens is extremley good they will plan it all out for you as you want it they are not pushy and if you dont like what they have to offer its a free service so they will be no cost,avoid places like b&q the service is rubbish as are they planners they are on commision your better off with someone who gets a wage and not commision as they are pushy and will sell you anything and you will always find things missing that will hold the work up.
