Posted by Priya Kumar, on
We are moving into a 1930's semi-detached house. we want to remove the internal load bearing wall between the kitchen and the dinning room which has a chimney breast and we also want to extend the back of the house by removing the load bearing walls at the back by 4m and the full length is 6m. we live in Surrey, how much would this whole project cost?

Hello Priya, It's a very difficult question because you really need to see it. It could be from 5k to 20k .Put your job onto rated people's site to get a free quotation & site visit. Set your budget at £1000 the people purchasing it will understand. Regards Michael

Costs would range between 30,000 to 60,000 depending on the level of fittings you want.
