I have a leak on an inside wall

Posted by John Hammond, on
The leak is at the top of the wall, next tot he coving. this used to be an outside wall, so am assuming there is a break in the seal on the roof. What do I do? Who do I call out?

Hi John Has this just been discovered today? I suspect that the high winds and rain have caused this. I would suggest you sponge off any excess water and wait until the weather has subsided before you call anyone out and have to pay a premium Christmas rate! I do not suppose that anyone would wish to venture on to your roof in these high winds. You can post a job request but i think it would be unlikely to be sorted before xmas hope this helps, mike
