Blown-cellulose insulation. Any thoughts?

I'm buying a flat that sails over an external lobby and looses a lot of heat through the timber floor. I don't want to rip up to install rigid board insulation so blowing it in seems best option. Joists probably about 225mm thick? I will get the plumbing and wiring sorted before installation. Any potential snags? What happens if it gets wet? Can only find one installer on internet- who do I ask to do this sort of job. Loft insulation installers?
