WATER COMING IN ABOVE WINDOW FOLLOWING HEAVY RAIN

AFTER HEAVY RAIN YESTERDAY WATER CAME IN ABOVE WINDOW. THIS HAPPENED 12 YEARS AGO. SEEMS TO OCCUR WHEN THE WIND IS IN A CERTAIN DIRECTION

If you have replaced wood windows with UPVC windows it is probable there is no lintel. If there is a lintel then it may require a tray DPC with cavity weep holes installed to allow any penetrating water into the cavity to flow back outside. Regards Paul Nunn
