I'm buying a property and I plan make some changes
1) Knock off the wall between 2 Bedrooms to make it to a larger bedroom
2) A bathroom which will be emptied ( Bath and Toilet ) by the vendor needs to be relayed with flooring to make it a room to be used for general purpose.
I wanted your advice on who is best placed to undertake this kind of Jobs and expected spend.
