An earth retaining wall needs structural integrity. , it's not just about putting it back up , it needs to stay up ! A proper foundation and steel re enforcing is required , this costs money !

Hi Marion you best bet is to post your job on the site under bricklaters/builders. How big is the wall as your budget is quite low? If it's only a small wall without materials your budget should be ok. Thanks.Ed
