Extension or Conservaory for more kitchen space?

I'm looking to extend our kitchen by about 3.5m x 2m. Our property sits 1m off the ground and we'd require the current kitchen wall which measures 3m to be demolished. I'm wondering if it would be better to opt for a conservatory rather than a traditional extension? Would it be worth it for the limited added space? Thanks

Hi Nic You would not be able to take the wall out if you put conservatory up as it would fail building regs on thermal ratings. Kind regards Ian
