Should I use one tradesman for all job requirements?

Posted by kerry wood, on
I have several smallish jobs that need doing eg guttering repairs/replacement, chimney height needs increasing, mortar repairs around roof tiles. Also have an ensuite bathroom that needs insulation (situated above an extension, very draughty + cold) as I don't think there is any either above or below. I also want the bathroom replacing at some point. Would it be more cost effective to have all these jobs done by one tradesman at the same time? And if so, is a builder or roofer best option?

Hi Kerry Post your job on the site for builders set the budget what you think but let them know you are unsure of the real cost when you put the info on the site and don't put it too high, also either put the bathroom refit in with the work or say nothing, being vague will put us off buying the lead. When you get quoted check that companies feed back/rating on the web site before you go ahead. Kind regards Ian
