Hi Aimee There are various options and ways to go, traditional bricks etc or an Eco-build solution using SIPS panels which are pre-fabricated in a factory and then erected on site fairly quickly. To get an accurate price you will need to contact someone to arrange a survey most builders will give you info without charging for this service.

Hi Aimee, To convert a non bricks garage in to habitable room you need to demolition the existing garage and build one with cavity walls insulation (from the outside inside: one bricks layer, cavity walls insulation and block bricks, sand and cement render and skim multifinish or insulated plasterboard and skim multifinish) according with Building Regulation. But for a price and different options; please post a job and you will be able to find out more details. Best regards Tudor Construction Services Ltd
