For a 2-story Victorian flat, I need flashing replace on a flat roof, replaced tiling on a pitched roof, but most importantly removal of oil exterior paint, decaying bricks, repointing throughout the front and back, restoration of broken moulding in the front, and repainting. I have listed my job under flat roof and pitched roof but no response. What is the best category to list under?
