Break through stud wall

I want to join up the kitchen with the dining room (so remove stud wall of about 3.5 metres). Another stud wall then needs to be put up on the other side where some kitchen units need to be placed. Hob, oven, sink etc all remain in current position. Do I need a builder or kitchen specialist for this job?
