Order of work on ceiling

We'd like to put spotlights in our ceiling and to skim over the artex. What order should we do things? Do we need a builder/plasterer or an electrician first?Thanks!

Hello Beth, You would be best getting the electrician in first as the May need to put holes in the ceiling to run the spots. Hope this helps, Liam
