Remove 80s full wall length fireplace and pine cladding

Posted by Beth Cory, on
We'd like to knock out a full wall length fireplace/shelf and to remove the pine cladding above it, which includes some uplighters. There's a gas fire fitted at the moment - we'd probably want to replace this. What order to we need to do things? Knock out brickwork first? Then cladding? Then replaster and then electrics?? Thanks!

Hello Beth, the order is almost correct best to plaster last as the electrics will require replastering afterwards. Hope this helps Liam
