Garage Replacement

Garage Replacement. Already have an old concrete garage but would like to replace it with a new concrete garage. Would I need planning permission to replace it?

hi Lee not for a direct replacement but you might need building regs, best give your local building office a call, they are really helpful and at the end of the day they make the decision kr rob barker rsb and sons
