Hi Siobhan Please be extremely careful with this one, your main issue is what is causing movement in your property and is it an ongoing issue or is it a historical one. Before you repair or replace anything be 100% sure it is resolved before you try and fix the issues you refer to. You either need the opinion of a structural engineer in the first instance or a builder you can trust. Good luck, I would be happy to take an impartial look for you.....NO CHARGE.

Hello Siobhan, A decent general builder should be able to carry out the works listed. Just look a the ratings and see what you think of the person when they arrive. A reputable trader will offer advice not just a price. Hope this helps, Liam
