I want to break the wall (non load bearing) of airing cupboard and bring extra space into the room. Would also need to close the door of Airing cupboard and change the direction of existing room door from Internal to External opening so that I can fit in a bigger bed into the room. Since current airing cupboard doesn't have anything, might need to layout a completely new carpet on the same. I am looking for one person to take care of all this for me. What kind of tradesmen do I need for this? And what is the approximate value that I am looking at for all jobs put together?
