We are planning a 3.5m x 5m rear extension to our semi-detached house, as well as moving a wall in the house. The roof will be slate pitched with a possible skylight. Walls will be brick. We have planning permission drawings and council approval.
We have posted a job, but had no response. We'd like a rough idea of money, and the level of detail needed in our next set of drawings. What do we need to do at this stage about building regulations?
