I am looking to place a new garage on the same site as an old prefab. I need a 15 m2 footprint and a pitched roof, would prefer brick, and need a trench for mains water and electric from the main house a metre or two away. I need a rough idea of expense before I even think about asking for a tradesman. Any Ideas?
