Finlock Guttering Replacement

We have a 1950's house in South Yorkshire with concrete guttering that is in need of repair/replacement. The house is roughly 8.5m x 8.5m square with the guttering on all four sides. Who do I need to contact for this kind of work (builder? roofer?), how long will it take to fix and how much is it likely to be please?
