I am buying a rural property and have various jobs to be done. What's the best approach? One tradesman to manage all or individuals by job? For info, it will be oil fired central heating (oil tank,boiler,radiators etc), remove internal wall to combine dining/kitchen into one room, new kitchen installation,new bathroom installation and tiled flooring through kitchen/hallway/bathroom.
