Hi Dawn I'm always very cautious about taking on jobs that someone else has already started, theres always the potential for you to get the blame when things go wrong even though you had nothing to do with. Have you spoken to the builder regarding your concerns? If you have lost faith in him then it's probably best to get someone else but be prepared to pay for it and hope the work already completed is of a good standard especially in a wet room!
