I want to form an archway in a load bearing wall to join my kitchen and dinning room. I also want to convert a window to a door and construct steps to ground level from this new door (about 8 foot drop). Who do I engage and in what order? Can one company do the lot (plans, building warrant, structural engineering, building work)?
