Qasim I think you are asking the impossible as you have not given any information about the size of the existing kitchen extention! Your best bet is to contact your local councils building control officer, he will be able to give you an idea of what you are allowed to do and if you would need planning permission. As regards of time and cost you would need to finalise the design before anyone could give you an idea. Ed
