I need some advice, I want to extend my attached single garage by 6ft to create a storage area, and convert the rest into a playroom and utility, and also build above it to create a large bedroom, garage is currently 17.4ft x 9.6ft approx, what kind of finances do I need for this? All advice greatfully received.
