Hi Mary I would recommend having a Fakro all in one hatch and ladder as they are by far the best type I have fitted. If you post your job on the main part of the site under carpenters someone should contact you and will carry out a survey to check suitability, only post the job if you are 100% about having it done as trades have to pay for the job leads.
