Under stairs toilet & handbasin

Under stairs Toilet I want get installed a downstairs toilet under the stairs however the utility meters plus fuse box are there. Will it be possible or will it create too many difficulties

Not sure without actually seeing the exact positioning as they obviously need to be out the way but I've done conversions in similar places and just modified the meter cupboard to suit the application best to get a builder round and discuss your requirements , it's usually just a case of compromises
