What type of tradesman for internal stub wall replacement

The previous owner of my flat had the stub wall (between reception room and a bedroom) built with an awkard angle cutting into the bedroom. I want to remove it and re-build one in the original position. The There is a heator on the stub wall, and also electrical socket.
I wonder which type of tradesman to look for? Plaster or builder?
