I own a 2 bedroom detached bungalow in bucks on a road of mixed properties - my neighbours both have houses (1 5 bedroom and 1 used to be similar to my bungalow) so planning permission unlikely to be difficult within reason. Need to know whether financially better to extend out and up or knock down and build kit house.
