I'm looking into a 2-storey side extension (2 x rooms upstairs, 2 x downstairs) on my 1930s semi-detached house.
A few things I need help with:
Do I need planning permission (it will overlook my neighbours single storey extension and their side port window)?
How close can I go to their extension? Can I take it almost flush or do I need to leave a gap, and if so what size?
