Hi Kathy, My advise would be to get a general builder in to have a look for you. He should be able to find out where the problem is and give you a quote for the work. The only other option would be to have a look in the roof space (be careful not to put your foot through the ceiling) and see where the water is coming from. It may be as simple as a loose tile.
