Hi Hema, To remove the rubbish, I would call out chap with a clearance van business. Often found in your local paper. Either that or you could hire a skip for the rubbish and clear it out yourself. It would probably cost around the same. As far as painting the walls is concerned, your best bet is to ask a painter & decorator. Hopefully he would be able to give you advise on the walls and if they need any work done to them first. Hope this helps. Joseph.
