We’ve got some damp patches appearing above 2 of our (now) closed up fireplaces. The rooms have vents in the wall where the fireplaces were and on the other side of the fireplaces is the external wall (we have a small accessway running down the side of the house). Is this a roofer problem or a builder problem?!
