Need A Proffesional To Handle Collection of Big Jobs

With doing up my house, I am consistently let down by individual traders. So far I have only found an electrician that I am 100% happy with.
But everything else I feel let down by the quality of work vs the money paid.
I need someone who is prepared to co-ordinate other workmen and help me tackle jobs in my house. Its been 3 years now and I find myself spending more time finding new tradespeople then I do actually getting jobs done.
How can I find such a person?
