Bedroom above garage - is so much colder than rest of the house and doesnt really get heated up yet has radiators how can i make it warmer by insulation

Being a garage, has it got three sides to the outside? If so and it's a pre 1950's house, chances are it 9" brickwork with no cavity. Insulating the walls with a extruded polystyrene on plasterboard will make a vast improvement. Also make sure the loft is insulated. And the ceiling below with kingspan as suggested. JC
