Wall tie replacement: is this a big job?? Had a homebuyers survey done and it's highlighted there's horizontal cracks, notably on the gable end...... Is this a expensive job

It can be expensive however it needs doing properly by professional people, you may need to get a completion certificate for your mortgage provider and insurance firm
