Insulation will help for a while but a pitched roof will make no difference , ventilation is what is needed.
Condensation problems.

We have a double brick (no cavity) built utility room with a flat roof which suffers badly from condensation. is it possible to insulate the exterior and put on a pitched roof ?? what alternatives ??
