Remove a Heavy Old Metal Water Tank from the Loft !!

I am getting additional insulation put in the loft, so I would like to get a metal water tank taken out, it won't fit through the hatch, so will need to be broken up first. My plumber tried to cut it with an angle grinder - but it was too tough !!.
Do you know who I could contact - who could remove this safely ??
