Repairing damp damage

I'm looking for builders who can repair damage caused by long-term damp, and then put in damp proofing. This includes taking off a bit of the external rendering & making good (leaving a bit of the brickwork exposed) and repairs to the internal walls (which will involve taking out some kitchen cabinets). I've had an independent damp survey done so I know what work needs to be completed, but not sure what kind of specialist builder will undertake this kind of work (south-east London) - thanks!
