Architect has sent us building regs we didn't ask for, along with a bill which he now wants us to settle. The original building plans were submitted and approved by the council last Oct/Nov, and we were not going ahead with our build until sometime this summer. We have had no further contact with the Architect until now, as we have had no need, so we don't understand why he has gone ahead with these building regs without discussion of any kind and sent us his bill?
