We've had an offer accepted to buy a house and I would like to know how difficult it would be to add an upstairs shower room extension. The existing bathroom is also upstairs, diagonally across from where we want the extension. We are going to be replacing the upstairs flooring anyway which is why we would like to do it before we even move in. The room is about 2 meters by 2 meters and there is currently a flat roof where we want it to be. We may steal some of the space from the ensuite to make the attached bedroom bigger.
