Hi Chris if the roof is made up of pre fabricated trusses you will not be able to cut the ceiling section out as this will cause failure of the truss. Ed
Raising garage ceiling height

Is it possible to raise the ceiling height of my garage which has a pointed roof by around 2 feet. There is room below the roof to do this but there are currently wooden trusses above the ceiling. Thanks
