Bay window leaking upstairs and down. What trade do I need?

I have a bay window, pebble dashed on the outside, which is letting water in somewhere. Upstairs, the wall beneath the window is damp and getting mouldy. Downstairs, there is water dripping from the top of the window frame. What are the likely sources, and what trade would I need to contact to trace and repair it? Thanks
