Estimate for converting a small bungalow into a small 2 and 1/2 floors modern house with sloping flat roof. To have 5 beds,1 bath and 2 en-suites. Wood floors. Kitchen to be modern but not luxurious.Triple glazed windows.Energy efficient house, to be built by experienced builders.
