Hello, I am looking to split a bedroom into a double bedroom and a nursery. The room will need partioning and a door being constructed into each new room. A small hallway will also be created. A small amount of electrical work for lights and sockets will be needed and well as plastering. Both rooms already have a window for fire regs.
